This site is not maintained by or affiliated with Healthcare.gov. Healthcare.gov bears no responsibility for its content. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between MyHealthcare.Today and you, as a user of the site.

MyHealthcare.Today represents a network of certified Health Marketplace insurance agents. We help our customers obtain health insurance coverage from a number of providers, including the Healthcare.gov. You may apply for Affordable Health Insurance by submitting information on our site. You may also, at any time during the application process, decide to apply for and obtain insurance directly from Health Marketplace at their website.

4. Permission to Act On Your Behalf

Any instructions, choices, or requests you make on our site will be considered your written permission MyHealthcare.Today to provide information or conduct transactions on your behalf.

15. Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or MyHealthcare.Today. We reserve the right to terminate or make changes to the site, or to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time and for any reason, including (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) conduct which MyHealthcare.Today believes to be illegal, or (iii) for business reasons.

16. Jurisdiction and Venue

The MyHealthcare.Today site is made available from computer systems located within Illinois, and is for the use and benefit of the citizens of Illinois. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. The parties specifically exclude from application to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts sitting in San Diego, California.

The site is to be deemed a website that does not seek to purposefully avail itself of the benefits and privileges of doing business in any state other than Illinois and thus does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over MyHealthcare.Today, either specific or general.
